HOW DOES AVICLEAR WORK?

Most acne is caused when there is excessive oil production in the pores of the skin. Acne is caused when sebum debris and dead skin cells get trapped in the pores beneath the surface.  Having AviClear’s wavelength specifically targets the sebaceous glands within the skin to suppress the production of oil thus reducing the chance of clogged pores. Clinical trials have shown that future breakout episodes are shorter, less intense and more infrequent after the series of AviClear treatments

 

WHAT DOES THE PROCEDURE FEEL LIKE?

Until now, this wavelength has not been able to be performed on clients without them being sedated. AviClear has patented technology that allows for a virtually pain-free experience. AviCool is a unique cooling tip on the AviClear hand piece that provides cooling upon contact. That helps to cool the skin during treatment for a more tolerable experience. AviClear is a quick 30 minute treatment which most clients describe as a light snapping sensation but is very tolerable for the three treatments.

 

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

Unlike most acne treatments, AviClear has virtually no downtime or side effects. You may notice a slight redness or mild purging post treatment which is normal, otherwise you can resume your day-to-day routine.  AviClear is a three treatment protocol spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart. In clinical trials 80% of patients saw a minimum of 50% improvement within their first treatment of AviClear, over 80% improvement after their last treatment.
