Dripps operates this Website, our mobile application (“App”) and the services and products related to or offered on the Website or App (“Services”).  Dripps’ Services may include, without limitation, tools, applications, email services, bulletin and message boards, chat areas, new groups, , communities, calendars, and downloadable mobile applications related to the Website or provided through the Website.

 

Dripps provides this Policy to help you understand the kinds of information we may gather about you when you visit the Website or use any of our Services, how Dripps may use and disclose the information, and how you can control, correct, and/or update that information.  Dripps collects information about you when you use our mobile applications, Website, and other online products and “Services” and through other interactions and communications you have with us. The Services are provided by Dripps and its affiliates, and this Privacy Policy applies to information collected and used by Dripps. Collection of Information – Dripps collect information to operate effectively and provide you the best experience with our Website and Services.

 

  1. Voluntary Information – Information You Provide to Us

We collect and maintain information you provide directly to us via submission during your use of the Website, App, and/or Services.  For example, when you create or modify your account, request on-demand services, register for  a program, purchase a product or service, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include: name, email, phone number, postal address, profile picture, payment method, items requested (for delivery services), delivery notes, and other information you choose to provide. You may always choose not to provide Personal Information or certain personal Information, but this may prevent you from gaining access to a Service or limit the features that you can use on the Website.

Important Information About Platform Permissions – Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time the Dripps app wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that the Dripps app seeks before you first use the app, and your use of the app constitutes your consent. Sometimes these permissions require more explanation than the platforms themselves provide, and the permissions we request will change over time, so we’ve created these pages to serve as authoritative and up-to-date resources for our users.

 

Dripps may also automatically collect non-personally identifiable information throughout Internet Log files and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of the Website.  This information may be used four our business purposes, including personalizing your experience on the Website.

 

Information is also collected when you use the App, including, for example,: softer application; synchronization; non-personally identifiable information concerning your device; application’s files on your device; and your usage of the App.

Dripps also shares data for legal reasons, with our affiliates, agents and contractors, with vendors working on our behalf; to maintain the security of our Services; and to protect the rights or property of Dripps. For instance, if you have a standing credit or debt on your account, or if we believe you have committed fraud or violated our Terms, we may seek to resolve the issue before deleting your information.  DRIPPS is not responsible for updating or removing your Personal Information contained in the lists or databases of third parties who have been provided information as permitted by this Policy.

 

Mobile Devices/Third-Party Fees

DRIPPS may make mobile device applications and mobile marketing campaigns available to you and may allow you to register for services that involve messages and/or emails being sent to your mobile device. You are responsible for obtaining access to the mobile device services. Such access may involve third-party fees, including mobile carrier, text messaging, or airtime charges. You are solely responsible for those fees, including any and all fees associated with the use of the applications, delivery of the messages, emails or other materials to your mobile device. Please consult your mobile service provider’s pricing plan prior to purchasing or downloading any application or registering for any such service to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages from/to your mobile device. You will be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive text messages or emails to your mobile device at the time you register for the campaign and with each message or email you receive.

 

Mobile marketing campaigns may involve your sending an email from your mobile device to DRIPPS or a third-party campaign operator. An email or other response will then be sent to your mobile device. Opting to participate in a campaign is 100% your choice. When you engage in these mobile marketing campaigns, DRIPPS and the third-party campaign operator may collect your cell phone number, the name of your wireless service provider, images that you send using your cell phone as part of the campaign, and other relevant information.

 

Message Boards, Social Media, Blogs, and Chats

DRIPPS may make message boards, bulletin boards, chat rooms, social media pages, blogs, and other interactive forums (“Forums”) available as part of the Services.
